1. Light source
The LED light source is generally composed of a lamp bead and an aluminum substrate, and some models of the light source have no aluminum substrate. There are three types of lamp beads, one is the wire bead, also called the two-pole lamp bead; the second is the patch lamp bead (SMD); the third is the COB, that is, the aluminum substrate is not additionally needed, and the lamp bead is integrated with the aluminum substrate.
2. Lamp bead composition
The lamp bead can be divided into two parts, one is the lamp bead chip, and the other is the package part, including the bracket, gold wire, fluorescent glue and resin.
Bracket: The lamp holder is made of copper, iron, PCT and EMC. EMC can work normally at temperatures between 120° and 130°, and has the best heat dissipation performance. Secondly, PCT can work at temperatures between 110° and 120°. Iron and copper supports can only work normally at 80°C.
Fluorescent gel: Fluorescent gel is used to fix the LED chip on the bracket.
Gold wire: Due to the high cost of gold wire, the commonly used material is alloy wire.
Chip: At present, the top three LED chip manufacturers in the world are: Sanan Optoelectronics, Huacan, Ganzhao, and the rest are Dehao Runda and Tsinghua Tongfang. The highest quality is Corey, and the other first-line brands are Philips, Osram, Puri between the first and second lines, and the second-line brand.
Resin: The resin acts as a package and contains a phosphor for absorbing blue light and emitting visible light.
